1. Service

SpeakReady provides AI-based IELTS speaking practice, transcript storage, and feedback reports. It is a practice tool and not an official IELTS test service.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must keep your login method and account access secure.
• We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or misuse.

3. Usage Rules

• No attempts to abuse APIs, evade limits, or disrupt service.
• No illegal or harmful use of generated content.
• No unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or credential sharing.

4. Credits, Plans, and Billing

Session credits control how many tests can be started. Plan display and session limits are managed in your profile. Payment integration endpoints exist, but checkout availability may vary by release.

5. AI Output and Scores

Feedback and estimated bands are automated outputs for practice purposes. They are not official IELTS results, certifications, admissions guarantees, or legal advice.

6. Data and Deletion

Your use of SpeakReady is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You can permanently delete your account and associated data from the Profile page.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability from third-party providers.
